West Oval Redevelopment

Completion of the redevelopment West Oval project. Home of the Geelong West Giants Football & Netball Clubs, the project involved extensive demolition of the existing pavilion and administration buildings, the construction of a new two level multi use club and community building incorporating multiple social & administration spaces, coaches and media boxes, multiple commercial kitchen zones, bar facilities, changerooms & amenities for players and umpires.

Geelong College Junior School Redevelopment

Completion of the renewed Junior School Campus involved staged construction and works within a live school environment.

SACRED HEART COLLEGE STAGE 2, 3 & 3a

Demolition of existing buildings and construction of new double story science building and amenities.

ST JOSEPH’S COLLEGE, PROJECT BASED LEARNING CENTRE
VALUE: $10-15mil

Construction of a new three-storey, concrete and steel-framed Project Based Learning Centre. The new building extends from the existing Peter Chanel Centre and St. Patrick Centre and includes a three-storey passenger lift, undercrofts, walkways, classrooms, offices, specialist learning areas, circulation spaces and ancillary areas.

TORQUAY NORTH CHILD CARE CENTRE
VALUE: $10-15mil

This Project includes the construction of the Torquay North Children’s Centre as a new building located at Merrijig Drive, Torquay for the purpose of providing a modern and functional child and family services hub for the community. The services to be included in the Torquay North Children’s Centre include:
• 88 kindergarten places
• Maternal child health and allied health consulting rooms
• Playgroups
• Parent education
• Occasional care
• Early childhood intervention services
• Community spaces

YMCA TORQUAY EARLY LEARNING CENTRE
VALUE: $5-10mil

Construction of a new early learning centre adjoining new primary school in Torquay. Multi room building including all amenities areas and commercial kitchen.

CLONARD COLLEGE GEELONG – STUDENT SERVICES, LIBRARY AND LEARNING CENTRE VALUE: $5-8mil

New two-storey Student Services, Library + Learning Centre comprising a Foyer, Student Services areas, Offices / Consulting / Welfare / Careers, Library, Workspaces / AV / IT areas, Resource Centre, Media Room, Student Study spaces, Learning Classrooms, Amenities, ancillary areas and external works.
